    Elliott’s journey - when @e.degruiter first joined us here at @thehigh5fitness he was in a very challenging and dark... chapter in his life. Elliott was suffering from SEVERE depression, anxiety disorder, social induced panic attacks, body dysmorphia - all while relying on alcohol to escape. He is 5’10” and weighed 198 lbs. Elliott was also attending therapy and meeting with a psychiatrist the last two years to try and get a hold of his inner demons. While these two have been monumental in his self growth, there was something still missing. He then reached out to his life long friend and brother, @chapventures @auburnlifecoach - to see if he would be willing to take him on as a client at @thehigh5fitness - without hesitation, Chap 🦄welcomed him with open arms and was stoked to help guide him into “who Elliott truly is, not who he used to be.” Months later, Elliott wakes up with self purpose, no longer has panic attacks, dropped body weight to 182 lbs, has found love and family at @thehigh5fitness , working out 2-3 days a week and has significantly dialed back his alcohol use.     Best workout experience that I have ever had. The environment is very welcoming and makes it feel like you aren't even... working out until you feel it the next day. Chappy is an amazing trainer that knows how to help you reach your own specific goals. The workouts change everyday so you don't get bored either which I personally love. You should definitely come out and give this gym and Chappy a try. You won't regret it!!read more

    | Johnny’s SUCCESS story | “I have been overweight my entire life. At the age of 8 years old I was 140lbs. By the time I was 13 years old I was 345lbs. When I graduated from college I was 442lbs. I ballooned to 477lbs by the time I had my second child. I started working on my weight when my youngest son was 2 years old. In 2020 I was 440 plus pounds. When Covid came, my wife and son said we needed to start walking and running. In 2022 I was still over 400lbs. I decided in April of 2022 that I would start my personal training journey. In October of 2022 I decided that I was going to get serious about training. I am now 327lbs. I now feel awesome.
